Cancellation Policy

I ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a no-show.

No-Call, No-Show Policy

Please be courteous and cancel if you change your mind. DEPOSITS WILL BE KEPT, or a $55 no-show fee will be charged at your next visit to compensate your stylist for lost revenue.

Consultations

Consultations are required before scheduling an appointment and are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Consultations are free and may be scheduled to assess your hair needs, expectations, and how we can best help you achieve your desired style. If scheduling permits, same-day service may be available.

Clients can ask questions about braiding hair, hair extension choices, natural hairstyle options, thinning, transitioning, the locking process, pricing, and more during this time.
